
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Plain flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 4 tbsp Melted butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 Eggs
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200 C. Add all the ingredients except raspberries into a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Butter the baking dish an pour in the mixture.Add in the raspberries and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the custard is firm and browned.
- Let the clafoutis cool for a bit and dust with powdered sugar (optional). Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
