Raspberry & Banana Smoothie

This is a perfect grab-and-go smoothie recipe that uses raspberries and bananas. A perfect combination of sweet and tart for a healthy and filling breakfast or snack. And a great way to get a good dose of vitamins and fibre. Use fresh or frozen berries for this recipe and it’ll still taste utterly delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 1 tsp Ground flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup Plant milk of your choice
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 3 Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
