Raspberry & Banana Smoothie
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1 Banana
- 2 tbsp Oats
- 1 tsp Ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1 cup Plant milk of your choice
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- 3 Ice cubes
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
