Ingredients
- 1 cup Mixed berries (frozen)
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1/4 cup Plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup Cold water
Method
- Place all ingredients into blender (liquid ingredients first).
- Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down sides and blend for another 30 seconds.
- Serve in shot glasses and enjoy!
