- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Spring onions (finely chopped)
- Vegetable oil
- Pepper
- Salt to taste

- 3/4 cup Plain flour
- 1/4 cup Corn-starch
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Egg
- For the sauce
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 4 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey/ Sugar
- 1 tbsp Corn-starch
- 2 tbsp Water
Directions
- Step 1 Cut the pork into bites size pieces. Place them in a bowl, pour in soya sauce, add salt and baking powder. Keep it aside for few hours. Whisk the eggs together in a bowl. Mix flour and corn-starch, have it ready on a plate. Dip the pork pieces in the egg mixture and then coat them with flour. Do this process twice.
- Step 2 Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan. In a small bowl mix together the ingredients for the sauce. Set it aside.
- Step 3 Deep fry the pork until the coating turns golden brown and the pork is cooked through. Transfer them onto a plate.
- Step 4 Heat a wok, add oil and once it’s hot, add minced garlic until fragrant. Then fry the onions, bell pepper and chopped pineapple for 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Step 5 Add the fried pork pieces and the sauce that was set aside. Season with salt and pepper. Coat everything evenly and stir fry for a minute or two.
- Step 6 Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
