Raspberry Clafoutis

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Plain flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Add all the ingredients except raspberries into a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Butter the baking dish an pour in the mixture.Add in the raspberries and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the custard is firm and browned.
  3. Let the clafoutis cool for a bit and dust with powdered sugar (optional). Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
