Passion Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • Pulp from 11/2 Passion fruits
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries
  • Half a frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Toppings
  • Half a Banana
  • Half passion fruit
  • Handful Blueberries
  • 4 Raspberries
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
Directions
  • Step 1 Combine all smoothie ingredients, except toppings, in a blender jug. 
  • Step 2 Pulse mixture, then blend on high until thick and smooth. Add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
  • Step 3 Tip smoothie into a bowl and top with banana, half a passion fruit, blueberries, raspberries and chia seeds.<a style="color: #000000

INGREDIENTS Half a banana 1/2 cup Mixed berries (frozen/fresh) 1 handful Spinach 1 tbsp Chia seeds 1 tbsp Oats 1/2 cup Skimmed milk 1/2 cup Cold water 1 Date (optional) METHOD Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve.
