Lassi is a yogurt-based drink that’s very popular in India, it’s a very cooling, refreshing and healthy drink. And what better way than to combine the sweetness of mangoes with the coolness of yogurt to create a refreshing drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango, preferably Alphonso Mango (pureed)
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sugar/ Honey
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 tsp Rose water
- 2 Ice cubes
Method
- Put mango puree, yogurt, sugar and rose water into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Then pour into individual glasses, garnish with a few strands of saffron and serve.
