Golden Frenzy (Kiwi Mango Banana Smoothie)

Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwi
  • 1 large Mango
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup Orange juice (chilled)
  • 1 cup Ice (crushed)

Method

  1. Cut the mango into thick slices. Scoop out the flesh and chop coarsely.
  2. Peel the kiwi fruit and bananas and chop them into chunks.
  3. Put the mango, kiwi fruit, bananas, orange juice and crushed ice in a blender and process until well combined.

Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
