This delicious Blueberry & Fig Smoothie uses chia seeds, blueberries and fresh figs, and is perfect to maximise your nutrient intake to keep you energised for hours.

By:

Ingredients
  • 3 Ripe figs
  • Handful of Blueberries
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (better if flavoured)
  • 3/4 cup Soy milk
Directions
  • Step 1 Remove the stems from the figs and cut them in half.
  • Step 2 Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Step 3 Transfer to a glass, sprinkle some chia seeds on top, and enjoy!
