Blueberry & Fig Smoothie
This delicious Blueberry & Fig Smoothie uses chia seeds, blueberries and fresh figs, and is perfect to maximise your nutrient intake to keep you energised for hours.
- 3 Ripe figs
- Handful of Blueberries
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (better if flavoured)
- 3/4 cup Soy milk
- Step 1 Remove the stems from the figs and cut them in half.
- Step 2 Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Step 3 Transfer to a glass, sprinkle some chia seeds on top, and enjoy!
