Banana and Mixed Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • Half a banana
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (frozen/fresh)
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Oats
  • 1/2 cup Skimmed milk
  • 1/2 cup Cold water
  • 1 Date (optional)

METHOD

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve.¬†
